THE SHOOTING DEATHS OF PEOPLES PETS NEEDS TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!!

These were NOT animals who were starving or suffering!  Rescue groups were in New Orleans at the very time this happened.  This was a CRIME done by pathetic sick people who got their kicks by doing shooting practice on pets who were tied up or caged and had no where to go to escape.

People were told they could not take their pets with them on evacuation buses, brought their pets to these four schools in the hopes that their pets would be safe there and protected.  Instead, someone shot 29 of these pets, in spite of notes written on the walls with pleas that they were nice animals and to please ensure their safety.  These animals were NOT shot out of compassion - there were multiple rescue groups down there, any one of them would have gone to rescue the animals and care for them if they had been told.  Whomever did these unexplainable shootings, shot the animals in the body cavities to ensure prolonged suffering before death.   

Please sign a Petition to the Attorney General of Louisiana to urge the investigation and prosecution of anyone involved in the senseless slaughter of people's pets at four schools in St. Bernard's Parish.
